Customs Broker报关员 Forest shipping USA INC Chino, CA Job Details Full-time $4,500 - $6,000 a month 6 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Mandarin Customs regulations compliance Warehouse staffing Customs brokerage management Warehouse management system English E-commerce Bachelor's degree Warehouse safety management Data analytics Chinese Warehouse layout and design Warehousing technology implementation International trade regulations Full Job Description Job Responsibilities 1.Independently complete full-set US customs declarations for ocean freight including ISF 10+2, Entry and Entry Summary; review all customs clearance documents to ensure 100% accurate declarations. 2.Conduct HS code classification, commodity value verification, duty & tax calculation, ACH tax payment and account reconciliation; follow up on tax refunds and supplementary duty payments, and maintain complete tax ledgers. 3.Liaise with CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection), internal operation teams and clients; track ocean freight clearance progress; independently resolve all types of clearance irregularities such as customs examinations, cargo detentions, declaration errors and tariff disputes, deliver prompt solutions to avoid risks of cargo detention, delivery delays and financial losses. 4.Keep updated on the latest CBP policies, control trade compliance risks, file and archive customs documents, cooperate with CBP audits, and optimize customs clearance workflows. 5.Synchronize clearance status updates and policy changes to internal teams and clients, respond to customs clearance inquiries, and coordinate with logistics linkage operations. Job Requirements 1.Possess valid U.S. Customs Broker License, CCS or equivalent customs certification. 2.Hold legal U.S. work authorization for stable remote work from the U.S.; temporary visas will not be considered. 3.Hands-on customs clearance experience with cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehouse and Amazon shipments; minimum 2 years of practical working experience at a local U.S. customs brokerage firm, with full familiarity of China-U.S. cross-border clearance end-to-end procedures. 4.In-depth knowledge of CBP regulations, HS classification, ISF filing and customs examination handling; capable of completing full-cycle customs declaration independently. 5.Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, able to read, write and communicate with U.S. official authorities without language barriers. 6.Proficient in Office software and mainstream customs brokerage platforms including QuestaWeb and Descartes. 7.Strong capability to resolve complex clearance anomalies and tariff disputes; meticulous, self-disciplined and able to work under high pressure. 投递方式 1. 简历投递邮箱: 2. 邮件主题命名格式:库管-姓名-工作年限
