Job DescriptionAbility to prepare timely, accurate entry declarationsMust be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators dailyMust be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processesOpen files as requiredMonitor timely entry releaseMonitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agenciesScan, and index documents into imaging system Proper handling of "Entry Documents Required Entries"Accurate & Timely billing - including sending billing to clients as requiredTurnover to dispatch as required, timelyCustomer Service - timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and externalQualificationsAbility to work under pressureTake ownership of all that you doBeing a team player make it a positive work environment and show respectPositive attitude always "can do"Multi-tasking, obsessed with detail, and a sense of prioritization
