Key Responsibilities:
- + Lead the design, implementation, and governance of
- US Customs special programs
- , with emphasis on U.S. duty mitigation strategies and duty drawback. + Own and execute the
- U.S. Customs ACH process
- as a core duty-payment and control mechanism. + Ensure customs payment processes are integrated with
- freight-pay
- , •FA&P•, and related financial control structures.
- U.S. tariff and duty cost visibility
- , including reporting, trend analysis, and performance metrics. + Establish and monitor
- KPIs
- related to duty spend, savings, compliance, payment timeliness, process effectiveness, and risk reduction. + Partner cross-functionally with
- Finance (FA&P)
- , •Transportation / Control Tower•, •Customs•, and trade compliance stakeholders to resolve issues and improve process performance.

Required Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum 4 years of experience in customs trade compliance, or international trade with substantial experience in duty mitigation and US Customs special programs) + Minimum 5 years of experience in customs trade compliance, or international trade with substantial experience in duty mitigation and US Customs special programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field + Professional certifications related to customs, trade compliance, or supply chain are a plus (e.
