Customs Broker Analyst / Entry Writer

Customs Analyst / Entry Writer 65K to 75K Base + Best Benefits in SC + Matching 401K + Stability Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Analyst / Entry Writer to support import/export operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations while supporting daily shipment activity, documentation, and reporting. We are looking for someone with a Customs Broker License. Key Responsibilities Perform HTS classification, valuation, and country-of-origin determinations Review and validate shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport docs) Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations and import/export requirements Work closely with customs brokers to manage daily declarations Utilize ACE Secure Data Portal for filings and reporting Support post-entry corrections (PSC) and audit activities Maintain accurate records and documentation processes Collaborate with supply chain, suppliers, and internal teams Assist with duty impact analysis and cost calculations Support compliance initiatives including USMCA, CTPAT, and AEO programs Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Customs Analyst, Entry Writer, or similar role Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classification Experience with ACE Portal and ABI filing Background in import/export compliance Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred) Customs Broker License (preferred, not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment What We're Looking For Highly detail-oriented and organized Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Why Join Stable, growing manufacturing environment Opportunity to work on global trade and compliance initiatives Collaborative team and strong leadership support

Pay:
