Customs Entry Specialist

About the Role PG Customs Brokers is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and submitting documentation for goods entering the United States, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. If you have experience in customs clearance and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Prepare and process documentation for U.S. Customs clearance. Create ACE Cargo Release, ACE Entry Summary, QP Inbonds, and Bills of Lading. Handle ocean and air clearance processes. Assist with FDA and USDA procedures as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in customs documentation and clearance. Proficiency in ACE systems and related processes. Knowledge of FDA and USDA procedures (preferred). 100% bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Must pass background check and drug screening.
