Skills and Experience:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Basic computer skills required Knowledge of Microsoft Excel software Strong oral and written communication skills High school diploma required

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate with customers, agents, vendors, and shippers to maintain efficient process flow Resolve shipment and logistics-related issues in a timely manner Perform data entry of shipping and cargo details into company systems Follow required procedures and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
