Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited, working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors. Overview Coordinate and implement safe and efficient marine logistics to maximize commercial advantage worldwide. This role acts as a key intermediary between internal departments and external stakeholders, providing commercial expertise, influencing trade decisions, and ensuring seamless end-to-end logistics management. The position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting global operations across multiple time zones. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and government regulations Maximize contractual and financial performance of commercial agreements in collaboration with commodity and freight traders Manage a global portfolio of marine vessels under various charter agreements (term, spot, contract of affreightment, etc.), optimizing fleet value through strategies such as outchartering, stowage planning, repositioning, and bunkering Provide accurate and timely voyage schedules and updates to stakeholders Ensure marine equipment is vetted through internal systems and coordinate with Marine Quality Assurance to address gaps Monitor marine movements, including demurrage exposure and oil loss risks Nominate oil movements, prepare documentation, issue voyage orders, and letters of indemnity as required Enter and maintain voyage data in order fulfillment and accounting systems (e.g., Veson) to ensure accurate freight and cost administration
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Oil & Gas experience (e.g., hydrocarbon scheduling, voyage operations, chartering, trade settlements) Ability to work after hours as needed to resolve operational issues
Preferred:
Knowledge of transaction accounting and commercial contracts Familiarity with the maritime industry and hydrocarbon logistics Prior sailing experience
