Japanese skill is not mandatory. 【Position】 Export Coordinator - Japanese bilingual plus 【Salary】$25-28/hr 【Location】 Seatac, WA 【Hiring Style】 Direct Hire / Non-Exempt / Full-Time Responsibilities Handling and processing export documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods Tracking and monitoring the status of shipments to ensure they meet delivery schedules Support overall logistics operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Qualifications Excellent communication in English Import Export experience is a plus Japanese skill is a plus Basic PC skills (typing, document preparation, general office software use)
