This role will serve as the company's subject matter expert on complex accounting issues, partnering across Finance, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership to support strategic transactions and ensure compliance with
U.S. GAAP.
What You'll Do Lead technical accounting assessments for complex and non-routine transactions Draft accounting memos and policies under
U.S. GAAP
Advise on revenue, inventory, manufacturing, equity, debt, lease, and other accounting matters Partner with cross-functional teams on contracts, deal structures, and strategic initiatives Support close, audit, and financial statement processes Drive implementation of new accounting standards Enhance internal controls and build scalable accounting processes What You Bring CPA and bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of accounting experience, including deep technical accounting expertise Strong
U.S. GAAP
knowledge Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, hardware, or other product-based industries preferred Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex issues clearly Big 4 and/or high-growth private company experience preferred
