Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $300,000 to $350,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead corporate reporting efforts by overseeing financial disclosures and ensuring accurate and timely filings. Manage the close process and ensure consolidation of financial results across multiple entities and currencies. Develop and maintain accounting policies while ensuring alignment with applicable standards and guidance. Oversee internal controls, coordinate audit activities, and address compliance related matters. Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, reporting needs, and financial analysis.Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with advanced education. Active professional certification such as CPA. 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including leadership roles. A strong background working in public company environments and preparing regulatory filings. Previous experience with enterprise accounting systems and financial consolidation tools.Qualifications:
Deep technical accounting knowledge with the ability to interpret and apply complex guidance. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing accounting teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial results into business insights. Effective communication skills for presenting to executives, auditors, and board level stakeholders.
