Director of Finance & Accounting Salary:

Director of Finance & Accounting:
- Lead all accounting and financial operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
- Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
- Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Monitor cash flow and organizational financial performance
- Mentor and develop accounting and finance team members
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives Qualifications for the
Director of Finance & Accounting:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Experience with budgeting, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls
