Director of Finance & Accounting:
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance will have full oversight of the Accounting, FPA and Operational areas. Drive the organization's financial success by leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management efforts. Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver insights, improve efficiency, and support strategic decisions that strengthen long-term business performance. Provide leadership and oversight of treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, investment administration Ensure sound controls and processes are in place Champion technology relating efforts toward new implementations and using current systems efficiently. Additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications of the Director of Finance & Accounting BS in Accounting, CPA Is a plus Finance/Accounting leadership with progressive experience within financial services organizations with exposure to multiple areas across accounting, finance and operations.
