The Director Account Executives (ENT/Strategic) is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and maximizing all sales opportunities they are assigned. More specifically, this position will ensure that subordinates are meeting and/or exceeding their monthly sales quota by targeting new business as well as reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts. In addition, this position will work to employ best in class sales techniques to ensure the sales team delivers on its revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Responsibilities:

Manage time off requests and other day-to-day needs of your team Liaise with internal Legal, Infosec, Finance and Support Departments to help facilitate deals to close Monitor and analyze team statistics, key indicators and results Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies for the team in line with our GTM strategy Lead and develop a highly productive and professional enterprise sales team meeting their monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the Sales Development Team on drilling ideas, sales strategy workshops, etc. Identify areas of improvement and suggest training and/or disciplinary actions to increase production in coordination with People Operations Be up-to-date and fluent on KnowBe4 policy and procedure and ensure it is in use Make genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, disciplining and promoting of Enterprise team members to which the company gives significant weight Be an expert on closing, negotiating, prospecting and other key elements that are necessary to ensure departmental Monthly and Quarterly targets are met or exceeded Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management Exemplify the values and mission of KnowBe4 Maintain an accurate pipeline for your team and conduct weekly pipeline reviews with all your Account Executives Attend Company Marketing Events Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting of subordinate employees to which the organization gives significant weight

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years management experience SaaS sales background preferred.
