  • $155,000 (Depending On Experience) A long-standing Florida law firm is looking for a proactive Director of Accounting to take ownership of its accounting and finance function.
The firm is in growth mode and operates across three Florida branches, and is recognized for its collaborative, close-knit culture and strong employee retention. Its client base includes both public and private companies, including Fortune 500 organizations. Position Overview Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role serves as a critical leadership position within the organization. The Director of Accounting will oversee a small accounting team of two and manage all core financial operations.
