Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Act as account owner for Strategic OEM Customer Account. + Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers responsible for supporting business at customer locations and sites. + Responsible for implementing account management initiatives and ensuring that the expertise and resources within the organization are available to support any agreed initiatives. + Report on performance KPI's and metrics to Customer & internal executive management. + Provide Technical mentoring and leadership to Operations Management teams. + Drive high standards to achieve quality, safety and operational excellence. + Coordinate and participate in site meetings between the business teams and customers. + Actively seek out and pursue business development opportunities in support of the business development team. + Manage, supervise, coordinate and monitor employee and team performance. + Communicate strongly and effectively with all points of contact, internally and externally. + Ensure the Health and Safety of staff/contractors working under WGNSTAR direction is of the highest standard. + Plan and take action to protect Company & Customer assets, reputation, and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
