Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Director of Global Account Management & Sustainability to lead our efforts in enhancing customer relationships and driving sustainability initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping our corporate strategy and ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for global account management. Lead sustainability initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare and present reports to senior management. Manage a team of account managers and sustainability professionals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or sustainability roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven track record of developing successful strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
