Our client is seeking an experienced accounting & finance leader to take ownership of the financial operations, guide long-term planning, and help drive sustainable growth in a start-up environment. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. What You'll Do Lead and manage all functions of the finance department, including accounting, reporting, and audit activities Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company goals and support long-term growth Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and key reports to senior leadership and the board Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to monitor performance and identify opportunities Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls Partner with external auditors and support audit readiness and execution Drive process improvements that enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations, planning, and corporate finance initiatives Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience Experience in financial planning, analysis, and audit processes Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and financial statement preparation Manufacturing industry experience
