Job Title Director, Account Management What does a great Director of Account Managers do at Fiserv? The Director of Account Managers has enterprise-wide responsibility for ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to your assigned client. You are responsible for managing and developing operational relationships for your client. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions. With a book of business in the 1000's, it is vital that you are ensure our relationships with our merchants are the top priority.
What you will do:
Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account plan Understand the client's environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv's solutions for maximum benefit Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, incident response, process improvement, and develop/maintain standard operating procedures Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations Lead a team of success Account Managers that actively build relationships and repour within their community which they live What you need to have: College Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years' experience in customer service & leadership Ability to travel up to 50% What would be great to have: Bachelor's degree Project Management & Leadership experience Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.
