Director of Accounting Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the accounting team, driving accountability, performance, and process improvement
- Oversee financial reporting, including investor and external reporting requirements
- Manage HUD / residential real estate accounting and compliance
- Partner with the CFO on cash flow, financial strategy, and scaling the finance function
Director of Accounting Qualifications:
- 10+ years of accounting experience within real estate, with residential / HUD
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Experience with financial reporting for external stakeholders and investors
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Master's preferred #LI-MP1 EB-7245204380
