Primary Responsibilities:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting. Partner with senior management to turn financial information into usable business insights. Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams, contributing to a positive, team atmosphere. Oversee

reconciliations, controls, compliance, and audits. Lead, coach, and development the accounting team. Drive automation, ERP and process improvements to scale the organization. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required or strongly preferred. 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience. Manufacturing, CPG, or distribution experience required. Proven leadership and team-development experience. Big 4/second-tier public accounting candidates with relevant manufacturing or CPG clients.
