The key functions of State Aid Reviewer is to review and report student state aid to the Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) state website. Handle telecommunications for the department This is accomplished through: 1. Reviewing student eligibility for state funding. 2. Keeping updated on regulatory and state policies. 3. Tracking and organizing reports/spreadsheets. 4. Answering and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
