Job Description
Assist in the evaluation of financial aid applications and determination of eligibility for financial assistance Counsel students and parents about the financial aid process and all financial aid options Complete verification of student files according to Department of Education regulations Assist in the review and application of institutional scholarships and state financial aid awards to student accounts Provide quality customer service as needed, including meeting with students and answering phone calls and e-mails Computer proficiency required, experience using Banner preferred Strong customer service, organizational, and analytical skills Experience of 1-3 years in financial aid preferred, but not required Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred MUST submit PRCC Employment Application and required materials: https://prcc.edu/about/employment-opportunities/
