Responsibilities include advising students on financial aid eligibility and application procedures, maintaining confidential student records, processing and updating information in the Diamond D system, collecting and reviewing required documentation, coordinating with Admissions and the Registrar, maintaining student invoices, preparing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations. Requirements The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of experience working in financial aid within a higher education institution. Candidates must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, maintain high ethical standards, and provide exceptional service to a diverse student population is essential. Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and higher education financial aid systems is required. Full Time working four days a week and

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
