Position Introduction:
This position supports OU Online students by serving as the primary point of contact for financial aid related inquiries. It provides student-facing assistance in navigating federal, state, and institutional aid, as well as Bursar and other payment-related questions. By simplifying the financial aid process, this role plays a key part in removing barriers to college access and completion. Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. 24 months financial aid general office, clerical, or related experience.
Department Preferences:
