Job Description
Job Responsibilities Assist front desk with Financial Aid Office responsibilities including; data entry, filing and scanning. Relay information to students. Answer, direct and return phone calls. Assist in the FA student lab with FAFSA completion, form submissions, and how to review financial aid information through myCCTC. Assist any/all counselors with projects as needed . Minimum and Additional Requirements Good customer service skills and multi-tasking skills. Ability to take direction and learn quickly in fast-paced work environment. Must be proficient in computers and keyboarding. Strong work ethic and organizational skills are required . This position is not eligible for benefits.
