If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, have a sharp eye for details, and love building relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do:
As a Treasury Management Associate , you'll be the cornerstone of supporting our high-value households, ensuring they have the right tools to manage their finances with confidence.
Customer Support Rockstar:
Assist both internal and external customers with inquiries about our treasury management services. Be the go-to expert, helping clients with everything from product details to solving problems quickly and professionally.
Sales & Strategy Partner:
Work hand-in-hand with our Treasury Management Consultants (TMC) to create customized sales proposals, account structures, and financial documents. You'll help guide clients through the process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded!
Documentation Guru:
Prepare and review all the documentation for treasury management products, ensuring everything is complete and accurate. You'll also play a key role in tracking and updating client accounts and billing information.
Team Collaborator:
Assist with post-sale activities and larger meetings for complex implementations. Be part of a collaborative and highly skilled team that drives new business opportunities!
Compliance & Training:
Stay sharp with ongoing training and compliance requirements to ensure we stay on top of industry regulations. You'll complete both in-person and online training to stay at the forefront of banking regulations. What You'll Bring to the
Table:
Treasury Management Associate I:
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a support role Experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Banking is a bonus, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-departmentally A knack for problem-solving and resolving issues independently ✨ Treasury Management Associate II (Advanced Role): At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution, with 2 years focused on treasury management A solid understanding of industry regulations like Reg. D, Reg. E, and BSA The ability to train and mentor junior team members and help maintain top-tier procedures Why Work With Us?
