Job Description

Sanoh America has an opening for a Financial Analyst at their Scottsboro, Alabama location. GENERAL SUMMARY
(Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job): Responsible for the daily financial tasks, along with AR analysis of the Southern Site Operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Duties required for successful job performance): Assist with all Accounting functions on a daily basis and report immediately any issues that could affect timely decisions Research Accounts Receivable issues to ensure proper resolution for all SanAm locations. Identify, support, institute process improvements within the Accounting function Assist any other Accounting function as needed
REQUIRED
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
(These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job). Bachelors degree in an Accounting-related field
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
(Those needed to perform the essential functions of the job). Effective organizational and time-management skills Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate MS-Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel. Effective problem-solving skills Intermediate skills in basic math Intermediate keyboarding and filing skills IIntermediate ERP system skills
REQUIRED DECISION-MAKING AND ORGANIZATION IMPACT
(Describe the typical types of decisions made by employees in this job and the likely impact of those decisions on the Company). This position manages the daily on-goings of Accounting for four locations.

(Describe the environment within which the work is performed). Office work environment Overtime of varying levels may be required for this position Travel may be required

Periodically may require long periods of keyboarding May need to use stairs
