Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Corporate Finance team by developing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reporting and key metrics for leadership. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and administer capital expenditure tracking processes
- Analyze monthly management accounts and financial reporting (US
GAAP & IFRS
)- Perform month-end close activities
- Communicate with business unit leaders on financial matters
- Support audit requests
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for management
- Partner with FP&A on forecasts and budgets
- Research and resolve complex business issues
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- CPA or pursuing CPA preferred
- Manufacturing/operations experience preferred Skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with Hyperion or Oracle EPM (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities Work Environment
