Warehouse Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting financial operations by preparing reports, verifying invoices, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with management and administrative teams. The Accounting Analyst plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing operational efficiency, and adhering to company policies and deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide reports to the Accounting Analyst Supervisor. Ensure compliance with purchase order procedures. Perform 3-way matching for invoice payments. Manage office supply orders and vendor relations. Standardize DC operational reports per company guidelines. Review staffing agency invoices. Collaborate with management and administrative teams. Handle data entry and payroll processing (Paychex). Perform other assigned duties.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft automation tools.

Reasoning Ability:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all management levels. Ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce. Strong organizational skills and teamwork mindset. Knowledge of DC operations. Ability to meet strict deadlines.
