Financial Analyst

Overview KDB Management is seeking a high-caliber Financial Analyst with a CPA or CPA track. This entrepreneurial position works directly with ownership across real estate, energy, and private investments. Ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to decision-making, capital allocation, and financial strategy. Qualifications

• Experience at Big 4 accounting firm or similar
• CPA or CPA-track
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred GPA 3.8+)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Real estate or other private investment analysis experience Job Description

• Lead special projects and analyses in response to evolving business priorities
• Support strategic decisions with clear financial insight
• Analyze investments, returns, and business performance

• Strong foundation in accounting (Controller mindset preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality
