Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join a team in Tempe, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position focuses on financial reporting, data analysis, and the development of meaningful risk and performance metrics that support business and regulatory needs. The role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional partners across finance, risk, compliance, audit, and technology while helping improve reporting accuracy, controls, and process efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare recurring financial and market risk reports, ensuring results are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, explain results, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Enhance reporting workflows by identifying manual steps, introducing automation opportunities, and improving overall efficiency.
  • Design and build new reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to meet evolving business, compliance, and regulatory expectations.
  • Support business change initiatives by contributing analytical input, validating reporting outcomes, and helping resolve issues during implementation activities.
