This role sits within Finance and works closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure commission data is clean, calculations are correct, and payments go out on time. The right candidate understands how commission plans work, is comfortable digging into data to find and resolve discrepancies, and can communicate clearly with stakeholders across the business. Onsite in Burbank. What You'll Do
KEY OBJECTIVES
Ensure commissions are calculated and processed accurately every period Maintain data integrity across all commission inputs and tracking systems Serve as a dependable resource for Finance during monthly and quarterly close Support the Sales team with timely, accurate answers to commission questions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Calculate and process monthly commission payouts in line with approved commission plans Reconcile and validate sales data inputs including bookings, quota attainment, and plan adjustments Maintain commission tracking systems and ensure records are current and accurate Prepare commission accruals, variance reports, and supporting schedules for Finance close Investigate and resolve commission disputes from sales representatives in a timely manner Develop a working knowledge of all active commission plans and apply them correctly Distribute commission statements to payees and respond to calculation inquiries Document processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy or efficiency
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required 2-4 years of experience in commissions administration, finance operations, or a similar analytical role CRM experience, specifically Salesforce Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and comfort working with large datasets Ability to read and understand commission plan documents and apply them accurately Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet hard deadlines Clear communicator with both Finance and non-finance audiences Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience Preferred Experience with commission platforms such as Zinkt or similar Familiarity with CRM data workflows Prior exposure to month-end close processes and working alongside Accounting teams What You'll Bring What We Can Offer You Responsible Time Off Comprehensive medical, dental, vision package with 100% employer paid options Additional benefits including Health Savings Account; Flexible Spending Account; Critical Illness Insurance; Hospital Insurance; Accident Insurance; Life Insurance and AD&D; and Disability Insurance available to purchase.
