This position is ideal for someone with FMCG, wholesale, and distribution experience who enjoys turning complex operational data into clear, actionable insights. You'll partner closely with leadership to drive profitability, optimize logistics costs, and influence key business decisions across a fast-moving consumer goods environment. What's in it for you? Senior Financial Analyst Details:

Direct Hire position $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Lead financial planning & analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting Perform deep-dive analysis on inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution costs to improve profitability Build and maintain financial models and dashboards covering sales, margins, and cost-to-serve performance Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights on risks, opportunities, and operational performance Support decision-making through customer, product, and channel profitability analysis and scenario modeling

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred 5-8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A, in FMCG, food, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain-driven industries Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, 3PL structures, and cost-to-serve concepts Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to present insights to senior leadership We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
