Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on the Amazon Music Finance team, supporting Creator Services. • Own, refine, and develop key areas of Creator Services's content valuation model
• Work with the business team to build business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions and drive near-term and long-term forecasting
• Collaborate with and present to the senior leadership team on a regular basis
• Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations
• Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience Preferred Qualifications
• MBA, or CPA
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
