The position will work cross-functionally with Retail Finance and GRS teams to support 300+ retail stores in AMR. Key driver of optimizing resources and productivity and managing largest Geo and opex contributor globally. The ideal candidate would have demonstrated the ability to: Understand and work with complex data sets, in order to drive insights and recommendations. Partner with and influence various groups, handle confidential information, and carry a very high level of responsibility and exposure. Description This is the go-to finance lead for forecasting and driving productivity and staffing levels in Apple Retail stores across the Americas. The role is responsible for analyzing the optimal resource levels across 300+ stores, considering customer experience, employee experience, spend and product demand. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
