Description Job Purpose The Commercial Management Analyst is an analytical role responsible for supporting the execution, administration, and performance optimization of commercial programs and initiatives. This position provides analytical, reporting, and operational support across pricing, product, and sales functions to ensure accurate commercial execution and data-driven decision making. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the analyst will maintain commercial data integrity, analyze business performance trends, support pricing and product initiatives, and develop insights that improve profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. The role serves as a foundational position for developing expertise in commercial strategy, pricing management, sales analytics, and business operations. Key Accountabilities Commercial Data & Analytics Collect, validate, and analyze commercial data to support business planning and decision-making. Develop recurring and ad hoc reports that monitor sales performance, pricing effectiveness, product trends, and commercial initiatives. Identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers through quantitative analysis and trend evaluation. Support the development of dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence reporting tools. Pricing Administration Support Maintain pricing records, pricing hierarchies, and related commercial system data. Assist with price updates, promotional program administration, and pricing change implementation. Monitor pricing accuracy across systems and support resolution of pricing discrepancies. Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with pricing policies and commercial guidelines. Sales & Product Performance Analysis Analyze product category performance, with emphasis on accessory and add-on product revenue streams. Evaluate sales results, margin performance, attach rates, and inventory-related metrics to support commercial objectives. Commercial Operations Support the execution of commercial processes and operational workflows. Assist in maintaining master data and business records required for commercial activities. Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for leadership reviews. Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, product, and commercial teams to support strategic initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Data Accuracy & Governance Pricing data accuracy rate. Commercial master data accuracy and completeness. Number and resolution time of pricing or data exceptions. Compliance with established pricing and commercial controls. Reporting & Analytics On-time delivery of recurring commercial reports and dashboards. Accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs. Stakeholder satisfaction with reporting quality and business insights. Reduction in manual reporting effort through process improvements. Commercial Performance Support Achievement of product category growth objectives, including accessory revenue performance. Improvement in accessory sales penetration and attach-rate metrics. Contribution to margin optimization initiatives through pricing analysis and recommendations. Forecast accuracy for assigned product categories or commercial programs. Work Schedule and Travel Requirements Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible schedule at the discretion and approval of the Manager. Minimal overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air. Required Qualifications Experience Requirements 2 to 4 years of SQL experience (Required) Proficiency in Korean language required to communicate with HQ. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any field (Required) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make critical analytical decisions. Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment. Capable of handling multiple projects. Automotive knowledge preferred. Accessory experience preferred. Thorough computer application knowledge, including familiarity with database concepts and ad hoc reporting tools. Multi-national corporate experience recommended.
