Reporting Analyst of Residuals Glendale , CA Contract Finance $25/HR to $27/HR 04/17/2026
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Reporting Analyst of Residuals to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Process residual payments accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with applicable guild agreements and internal requirements. Research and resolve discrepancies that impact quarterly payment cycles and ensure timely resolution. Partner with internal teams and external production partners to coordinate information and expedite processing requests. Communicate with third party payroll providers to investigate issues and reconcile payment differences. Support inquiries from internal stakeholders and external representatives while maintaining clear documentation and follow up.Requirements:
Bring experience in payment processing or financial reporting within media entertainment or a similarly regulated environment. Demonstrate strong understanding of compliance driven payout processes and reporting standards. Communicate clearly and professionally when working with internal teams vendors and external partners. Manage multiple deadlines effectively and maintain accuracy during recurring reporting cycles. Apply strong analytical skills to research issues and identify appropriate resolutions.Qualifications:
Maintain organized records and ensure consistent documentation for audits and follow up reviews. Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and speed. Handle complex questions with judgment professionalism and attention to detail. Work collaboratively across departments while managing responsibilities independently.
