Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Asset Manager located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Asset Manager will oversee the management, renovation, and operational performance of multifamily properties, collaborate with property management teams, monitor financial performance, and support strategic initiatives to increase asset value. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, overseeing property budgets, implementing operational strategies, managing capital projects, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills Experience with asset management, property management, and real estate operations Proficiency in market research and strategic planning Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment Experience in multifamily real estate is highly preferred Competitive salary based on skill and experience level.
