We're seeking a Treasury Specialist to play a critical role in delivering exceptional treasury management services, supporting business clients, and ensuring seamless implementation of digital banking solutions. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with clients, Relationship Managers, operations teams, and external partners to implement and support treasury services including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Mobile RDC, Online Banking, Digital Payments, and Account Analysis. + Analyze business banking relationships, financial statements, account activity, and credit documentation to recommend appropriate treasury management solutions.
+ Support the implementation and ongoing administration of ACH, RDC, Mobile RDC, Online Banking, and digital payment services.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing service support.
+ Partner with Relationship Managers and Bankers to identify opportunities that help clients improve cash flow, efficiency, and financial performance. Account Analysis & Financial Insights
+ Act as the subject matter expert for Account Analysis, account profitability, pricing structures, and earnings credit rates (ECR).
+ Perform account analysis pricing setup, maintenance, adjustments, and proforma reviews.
+ Monitor ECR surpluses, deficits, and account profitability metrics while providing recommendations to banking teams.
+ Ensure account structures and pricing information are accurately maintained across core banking and analysis systems. Operational Excellence & Risk Management
+ Complete ACH and RDC annual reviews accurately and on schedule while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Review daily, weekly, and monthly treasury management reports to monitor system performance, client usage, and operational risk.
+ Process online banking requests including new user setups, modifications, permissions, and limit increases.
+ Conduct verification callbacks and security procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and fraud prevention standards are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Serve as a liaison between clients, operations, compliance, technology, and external service providers.
+ Coordinate implementation timelines, communicate project updates, and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
+ Support invoicing, third-party agreements, and treasury-related documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing.
+ Participate in training sessions, product demonstrations, and industry events to stay current on treasury services, digital banking innovations, and market trends. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications + 3+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, or a related financial services role.
+ Strong knowledge of treasury products and services, including:
+ ACH
+ Wire Transfers
+ Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
+ Lockbox Services
+ Online Banking
+ Fraud Prevention Solutions
+ Experience supporting business banking customers in a treasury management environment.
+ Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to electronic payments and treasury services.
+ Ability to analyze financial information, bank statements, credit reports, and account analysis data.
+ Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
+ Experience supporting fintech clients or API-driven banking solutions.
+ Familiarity with CRM platforms and client relationship tracking tools.

Work Environment This is a fully onsite position within a professional banking and financial services environment. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance, Technology teams, and external service providers while utilizing treasury management systems, online banking platforms, account analysis tools, and CRM applications daily. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere where accuracy, compliance, client service, and continuous improvement are key priorities. Standard business hours apply, with occasional peak activity surrounding client implementations, reporting cycles, and annual review deadlines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
