Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support payment processing, payroll, invoice management, and financial operations for development projects and term deals. This role will work closely with internal finance teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processing and reporting within SAP and related systems.

Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain contractual obligations and project data in SAP Process payroll, invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments Support onboarding/offboarding paperwork and timecard processing Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports Assist with cost tracking, reporting schedules, and payment calculations Coordinate vendor setup and maintain accurate financial records Support ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as needed

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of accounting, finance operations, AP, payroll, or related experience. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas). Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP, Ora_cle, NetSuite, or other ERP systems. Payroll or accounts payable experience. Media, entertainment, or production finance experience is a plus.
