Vals AI is hiring for full-time positions starting in January 2026. We're looking for researchers and engineers to join our team in San Francisco. We're building the standard for evaluating LLMs on real-world tasks. Our benchmarks help organizations measure what foundation models can actually do in economically valuable tasks. We work with all the major foundation model labs, as well as some of the largest financial institutions and enterprises in the world.
