Direct Job #30231 Trade & Cash Operations Analyst | Hybrid | $100K-$120K + Bonus Our client, a highly respected institutional investment organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Trade & Cash Operations Analyst to join its investment operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career investment operations professional to gain exposure to trade execution, cash management, settlements, reconciliations, investment reporting, and a diversified portfolio of public and private investments.

Compensation:

$100K-$120K base + small bonus (typically 5-10%)

Location:

Greater Palo Alto, CA — 3 days/week onsite

Experience:

2-3 years of investment operations experience The Opportunity Facilitate securities transactions, settlements, and reconciliations Prepare daily cash forecasts and asset allocation reporting Coordinate cash transfers, wire setups, and investment funding Maintain the accuracy and integrity of investment and accounting data Monitor investment activity and approvals across the portfolio Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses Research transaction details, identify exceptions, and recommend solutions Serve as a key operational contact for brokers and custodian banks Support a variety of public and private investments, including complex securities Partner with internal and external stakeholders on operational issues and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 2-3 years of investment operations experience, ideally with an investment fund, asset manager, or financial services provider Experience with equity and fixed income trade settlement, reconciliations, and cash management Exposure to public and private investments Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Bloomberg experience is a plus This is an analytical role, and the interview process includes an aptitude assessment.
