full-time The Role The Analyst will focus on primary, early secondary and traditional secondary investments across private equity, infrastructure and real estate. The role includes financial modeling, the valuation of fund interests and underlying portfolio companies, qualitative and quantitative due diligence, the preparation of recommendations for the Global Investment Committee, investment monitoring, and other projects as needed. Secondary Investments Support the sourcing and initial screening of investment opportunities Analyze, value and price interests in private funds and underlying companies Prepare financial projections, transaction models and return sensitivities Conduct fund-level and asset-level due diligence, including the review of fund materials, financial statements and portfolio-company information Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the global team and Investment Committee Support transaction execution and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Monitor investments against underwritten performance and identify material developments Prepare portfolio reporting and presentations for

Limited Partners and Advisory Boards Primary Investments:

Screen the North American private markets landscape and identify attractive managers and investment opportunities Conduct research on investment strategies, sectors, teams and market dynamics Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence, including analysis of strategy, team, track record, performance and portfolio construction Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the global team and Investment Committee Monitor investments through regular dialogue with managers and attendance at investor meetings Prepare portfolio reporting and presentations for Limited Partners Required Skills Strong drive for results, intellectual curiosity and receptiveness to feedback Consistent commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation and investment analysis Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and concise investment memoranda Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within collaborative deal teams High integrity, accountability and a strong sense of ownership Profile Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or another relevant field Up to two years of relevant professional experience, ideally including six to 18 months in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, valuation or another rigorous financial role Demonstrated interest in private markets and in building a long-term investment career in San Francisco Familiarity working with international teams and across cultures
