Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and supporting financial decision-making. Job Description:

Prepare budgets and forecasts, including monthly/quarterly projections. Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify root causes. Design and create financial models for special projects. Retrieve historical data from internal legacy systems. Ensure compliance with corporate and industry reporting guidelines. Collaborate with department heads to manage spending and optimize financial processes. Develop and adjust KPIs to drive business decisions. Build and maintain relationships with corporate department heads. Generate internal management reports and provide insights to senior management. Assist in drafting SEC reports, preparing financial statements, and creating presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred. 1-5 years of related experience. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
