This classified, 12-month position is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the general ledger, budget development, and payroll and benefit administration. The role serves as a primary technical resource, requiring a high degree of independent judgment to ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal mandates, including the California School Accounting Manual (CSAM) and SACS coding. Key Responsibilities include preparing complex financial reports, assisting with annual audits, managing health and welfare payments, and optimizing fiscal workflows to safeguard district funds. The Fiscal Analyst must maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public while managing sensitive financial data with speed, accuracy, and strict adherence to deadlines.
