About the Role Forum Mobility is in expansion phase
- scaling our depot network, growing our leasing portfolio, and taking on larger and more complex financing and strategic transactions.
The Finance team sits at the center of that growth. This new Financial Analyst role is being added to keep pace with the company's growth as we build our pipeline of charging facilities in new and existing markets. This is a newly created, high-visibility position reporting directly to the EVP of Finance. The Analyst will partner directly with the EVP of Finance and work closely with the rest of the Finance team. This role is well suited to someone who wants broad exposure across corporate finance
- from new market entry and pricing to debt and M&A
- in a small team where scope and responsibility will grow quickly. We're especially interested in candidates who see AI tools as a way to work faster and more accurately. Responsibilities Own recurring FP&A work for the Finance team
- build and maintain the corporate forecast, track EBITDA contribution by project, and prepare forecast and variance reporting for leadership and investors.
Take on bespoke financial analysis for new commercial structures proposed by the origination team, including deal structuring, contract pricing, and credit decisions. Build, maintain, and stress-test components of the corporate financial model, including scenario and sensitivity analysis, and help keep project models for existing assets current as facilities come online. Support the Finance team during live transactions
- debt financings and M&A
- including due diligence, model inputs, and lender/investor reporting.
Support ad hoc strategic analysis, including evaluation of new markets. Provide financial analysis support for new charging site evaluations as needed, working alongside the development team's own tools. Help maintain and extend the team's existing AI-assisted tools (e.g., customer credit underwriting, site feasibility) and identify further opportunities to use AI to speed up modeling, reporting, and analysis. Take on additional projects as needed
- in a lean Finance team, scope will shift as the business's needs do.
Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly analytical role. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis, with the ability to build clean, well-organized models that others on the team can pick up and use. Genuine interest in and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to increase productivity; comfort building AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the judgment to work through ambiguous, less-structured problems. Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize competing work and manage deadlines with minimal day-to-day oversight

High ownership mentality and comfort operating in a small, fast-moving team where responsibilities will expand over time. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Prior exposure to debt financing, M&A, or infrastructure/leasing businesses is a plus but not required.
