Job Summary Treasury Operations Support I-III opportunity available in Roseville, CA for a banking and consumer lending professional with experience in treasury management services, banking operations, commercial client support, ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, wires, lockbox, and cash management tools. Senior-level candidates may also mentor team members, assist with complex onboarding, support training initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Support treasury management operations, including onboarding, processing, reconciliations, reporting, client documentation, and service maintenance.
- Assist commercial clients and internal partners with treasury management products such as ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, lockbox, wires, armored carrier services, and cash management tools.
- Provide exceptional client service through timely communication, technical support, training, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship support.
- Partner with business development officers, branch teams, and internal departments to support proposals, proformas, onboarding, client visits, and service implementation.
- Maintain compliant client files, complete risk reviews, support audits, follow banking policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to applicable state and federal banking regulations.
- For higher-level roles, mentor junior team members, review tracking logs and reconciliations, assist with procedure writing, manage reporting, and identify operational process improvements. Compensation and Benefits
