Job Summary Treasury Operations Support I-III opportunity available in Roseville, CA for a banking and consumer lending professional with experience in treasury management services, banking operations, commercial client support, ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, wires, lockbox, and cash management tools. This direct hire role offers the opportunity to join a professional banking operations environment where accuracy, client service, compliance, teamwork, and operational excellence are highly valued. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for Treasury Management Operations Support I, II, or III. Senior-level candidates may also mentor team members, assist with complex onboarding, support training initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities
  • Support treasury management operations, including onboarding, processing, reconciliations, reporting, client documentation, and service maintenance.
  • Assist commercial clients and internal partners with treasury management products such as ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, lockbox, wires, armored carrier services, and cash management tools.
  • Provide exceptional client service through timely communication, technical support, training, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship support.
  • Partner with business development officers, branch teams, and internal departments to support proposals, proformas, onboarding, client visits, and service implementation.
  • Maintain compliant client files, complete risk reviews, support audits, follow banking policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to applicable state and federal banking regulations.
  • For higher-level roles, mentor junior team members, review tracking logs and reconciliations, assist with procedure writing, manage reporting, and identify operational process improvements. Compensation and Benefits
