We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in East San Jose and help empower students to reach their full potential. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff as needed Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide programming Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines and best practices Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations Deliver staff training and ongoing coaching to support student success Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Experience working with children in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills What We Offer $70/hour competitive pay Weekly direct deposit Flexible scheduling Dedicated recruiter support Opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives Supportive and collaborative work environment If you're ready to join a team that values your expertise and is committed to helping students succeed, we'd love to hear from you!
