Job Description

A mission-driven affordable housing organization is seeking an experienced Asset Management Analyst to support financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and portfolio tracking activities across a real estate portfolio. Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial models, operating budgets, and property valuations
  • Assist with capital account analysis, investor/lender reporting, and due diligence materials
  • Support refinancing, equity transactions, and grant applications
  • Maintain tracking systems for reporting deadlines, contracts, loans, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with annual operating budgets, HUD budget worksheets, and CAM charge calculations
  • Update and maintain property data in Excel, Smartsheet, Yardi, MRI, CRM, and related systems
  • Create portfolio analytics and reporting for senior management
  • Collaborate with Asset Management, Development, Property Management, and Leadership teams Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, finance, community development, affordable housing, or nonprofit organizations
  • Strong financial analysis and advanced Excel skills
  • Required experience with Yardi
  • Experience with Smartsheet, MRI, CRM systems, or similar software preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Preferred
  • Affordable housing and LIHTC experience
  • Experience with HUD budgets, lender reporting, and real estate transactions.
