Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst Our client, a growing real estate development organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and project-level analysis across a multi-division portfolio.

Location:

San Ramon, CA. This position is on-site.

Job Description:

This role will partner closely with finance and operational leaders to deliver insights that support growth, capital planning, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable building models and processes in a scaling environment.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain complex financial models to support development and investment projects Lead profitability forecasting and sensitivity analysis to evaluate performance against business plans Support operating cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives Analyze job-level costs and project performance across multiple operating groups Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical frameworks Support debt-related analysis and provide financial information to external stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or project?based finance Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
